REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused
  • The product is in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the process

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will happily replace it at no additional cost.


6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. International Orders

Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
